The Good News

Sophie is feeling better and she finally went back to school today. She still has a little cough but her nose is no longer dripping and she sounds less like a hoarse seal and more like an angry lion (for some reason she still likes to roar at people).

The Bad News:
Jonah is sick. He has a cough, head congestion, and he threw up twice last night. He had his 3-month "well" check-up today and the doctor confirmed that it is just a cold. For now. Apparently kids this age are very susceptible to Bronchiolitis and we should bring him in immediately if his breathing gets any worse. In the mean time I need to be more aggressive with aspirating him. I'm already holding him down and shoving a big blue bulb up his nose to suck out the mucus. Not sure how much more aggressive I can be.

Jonah isn't completely miserable. He gave the doctor a big smile and a friendly "goo"... until she stuck him with a big needle.
