A Day at the Museum

We took Genevieve to a couple of children's museums this past weekend. She is probably still young to fully appreciate them, but that didn't stop her from having a good time.

In other news, I attended Genevieve's first Parent/Teacher Conference today. Yes, I know that she is only two. It seems that Genevieve has the teachers completely fooled: "She is such a lovely child! She always listens, does as she is told, and plays very well with others." Guess she just saves the tantrums for me. ;-) They also said that she is very smart, speaks very well, seems very advanced for her age, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Speaking of, well, speaking, Genevieve had me very confused last night. She wanted to know why Daddy was going upstairs to get the "human fire". I told her that I was pretty curious about that, too. I was going to ask her if she saw him with any virgins and/or knives, but thought better of it. Her Daddy came downstairs I realized what she was asking about when I saw him carrying the humidifier.
