Big Surprise
"What are you feeding this child?!?" my pediatrician asked playfully.
Sophie will be one month old tomorrow and we are already off to a good start. I told the pediatrician that she was still just breast feeding. He asked me if I wanted to go into business.
The stats:
Height: 22.5 inches (95th percentile)
Weight: 11 pounds 7 ounces (off the charts already)
Head Circumference: 14.25" (25th percentile - she has a little head, to which my body will be forever thankful)
Sophie smiled at the doctor, which he said was very advanced for her age. I resisted the urge to beat my chest like a Neanderthal and scream, "I have the mightiest genes alive!"
